STAGE
NINE – KL Criterium (80.4km)
The traditional
Kuala Lumpur Criterium will begin as usual in front of the historical
landmark of the Sultan Abdul Samad building fronting the Royal
Selangor Club.
The first turn will see the peloton going by the Central Market
– a venue for local arts and handicrafts before whizzing
into the Central Business District of Kuala Lumpur.
A little further down would be the Petronas Twin Towers located
within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and then to the old part
of the city with its quaint pre-war shop houses which is Jalan
Raja Laut to finish where it all started.
